Privacy Policy
How we handle the personal information you share with Agile International. Last updated: July 2026.
This policy explains what personal data Agile International(“we”, “us”) collects when you use this website, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and the rights you have over it. It applies to the contact and careers forms and to routine server logs.
1. Who we are (data controller)
Agile International is the controller responsible for your personal data. You can reach us about any privacy matter at sales@agileinternational.co, or by post at:
BLB-BC5-522, AMC Boulevard-B Building, Sheikh Rasheed Bin Saeed Al Maktoum Street, Al Bustan District, Ajman, United Arab Emirates (UAE)
2. What we collect
- Contact form: your name, email address, company (optional), the subject you select, and your message.
- Careers form: your full name, email, phone (optional), chosen service area, years of experience (optional), a LinkedIn/portfolio link (optional), and the profile details you write.
- Technical data: standard server logs (such as IP address and request time) generated automatically when any website is accessed, used for security and diagnostics.
We do not use advertising or analytics tracking cookies, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
3. Why we use it, and our legal basis
- To respond to your enquiry — on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in answering people who contact us.
- To consider you for roles — where you submit a careers profile, on the basis of your consent, so we can match you to current or future opportunities.
- To keep the site secure — on the basis of our legitimate interest in preventing abuse and spam.
4. How long we keep it
We keep contact enquiries only as long as needed to handle your request and any reasonable follow-up. Careers profiles are kept on file so we can consider you for suitable roles until you ask us to remove them, or until they are no longer relevant. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see section 7).
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not hand form submissions to third-party marketing or form-processing services. Form submissions are delivered to our own inbox using Amazon Web Services (Amazon SES) within our own AWS account, so your enquiry stays within our infrastructure. The only external interaction is:
- Google Maps— our Contact page embeds a Google map. When it loads, Google may receive your IP address and set its own cookies, governed by Google’s privacy policy.
6. International transfers
We operate globally, and our service providers may process data in countries other than your own, including outside the UAE. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards — consistent with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and, where applicable, GDPR transfer mechanisms — to protect it in line with this policy.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live and the law that applies to you — including the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and the EU/UK GDPR — you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data, to withdraw consent, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these, email sales@agileinternational.co and we will respond within a reasonable time. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority (in the UAE, the UAE Data Office).
8. How we protect your data
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard the information you entrust to us.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised; material changes will be reflected here.
